Serenity

When things go wrong, I always have the urge to kick up a fuss,
and be grumpy about it. However, I bear in mind that being a
christian means that I am reflecting God's image.As difficult
as it may be, it is always a matter of choice.It's so
easy to be upset and grumpy about things, but at the end
of the day,I guess nobody's perfect :) The key is to be
positive about things in life cause this is the day that
the Lord has made! :)

This is a poem that i got on my daily devotion :)think it
speaks for most of us, and leaves us with that
feeling of peace. 

God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace;
Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful World as it is,
Not as I would have it;
Trusting that You will make all things right
If I surrender to Your will;
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with You
Forever in the next. Amen.
